Cancellation Policy

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel any service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the client portal. Two options are available:

  • Immediate Cancellation — Service terminates at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • End-of-Term Cancellation — Service continues until the paid period expires and is not renewed.

2. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Navigate to Services and select the service you wish to cancel.
  3. Submit a cancellation request or raise a support ticket with the word “Cancellation” in the subject.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

3. Cancellation Timelines by Service

3.1 Hosting, VPS, Cloud, and Server Services

  • Monthly plans: Cancel any time; service remains active until end of paid month.
  • Quarterly plans: Cancel any time; service remains active until end of paid quarter.
  • Annual plans: Cancel any time; service remains active until end of paid year. No pro-rated refund for unused months (unless within 7-day refund window).

3.2 Flexible / Pay-As-You-Go Services (No Contract)

  • Monthly billing, no minimum commitment.
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing month.
  • No cancellation fee applies.

3.3 Development Projects (Web, App, E-commerce, SaaS)

  • Provide written notice via email or support ticket.
  • Work completed to date will be billed; excess advance refunded.
  • Completed and delivered projects cannot be cancelled.

3.4 GoMaps Listing and Sponsored Services

  • Listings: Deactivated at any time upon request. No refund on listing fees.
  • Sponsored campaigns: Cancellable before campaign start date for full refund. Active campaigns are non-cancellable mid-run.

3.5 Audio Advertisement Services

  • Before production: Full refund.
  • After production but before airing: Broadcast fees refunded; production fees retained.
  • Active broadcast schedules: Cannot be cancelled mid-schedule.

3.6 Domain Names

  • Domain registrations are non-cancellable once registered.
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled from the client portal at any time before the renewal date.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of invoices after the 7-day grace period.
  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
  • Court orders or legal directives.
  • Discontinuation of a specific service (30 days’ notice will be provided where possible).

5. Data After Cancellation

Important: Always take a full backup of your data before cancelling any hosting or server service.
  • Hosting services: Data retained for 7 days after cancellation for recovery if needed.
  • After 7 days: All data, files, databases, and emails are permanently deleted.
  • The Company is not responsible for data loss resulting from cancellation or termination.
