11. Payment Processing Flow (All Services)
All online payments on the PRITSCO client portal are processed as follows:
- Client selects services and proceeds to checkout in the client portal.
- Invoice generated with itemised services, rates, and GST (18%).
- Client redirected to the Razorpay hosted payment page.
- Client selects payment method: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet.
- Razorpay processes the transaction on its PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
- On success, Razorpay sends a payment callback to our server.
- Server verifies payment using HMAC-SHA256 signature authentication.
- Invoice marked paid; service activated; confirmation email sent to client.
- Payment receipt downloadable from client portal.
- Settlements received from Razorpay per standard T+2 settlement cycle.
12. Dispute and Chargeback Handling
- Clients are encouraged to raise disputes directly with us at support@pritsco.com before initiating a chargeback.
- We respond to all Razorpay chargeback notices within 7 business days with supporting evidence.
- Evidence provided: invoice copies, service activation logs, email communications, delivery confirmations.
