1. Nature of Delivery
Delivery of our services constitutes one or more of the following:
- Activation of a hosting service, server, or domain and email notification of credentials.
- Deployment of a completed application, website, or digital product to client’s domain.
- Provision of login credentials, access links, or configuration files via email or client portal.
- Activation of a GoMaps listing or sponsored promotion.
- Delivery of completed audio advertisement files for broadcast scheduling.

3. Delivery Channels
All deliverables are communicated via one or more of the following:
- Email notification to the registered email address on the client account.
- Client portal dashboard — credentials, documents, and service details.
- WhatsApp — for clients who have opted in for WhatsApp communication.
- Direct deployment to client’s domain or server as applicable.
4. Delays
Delays may occur due to incomplete client information, pending approvals, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events. In such cases, clients will be notified with a revised delivery estimate.
